The General Overview shows a management and information summary. It displays information relating to: tasks which have not been completed by an established date, tasks which are pending and underway, a summary of activities with dates in a calendar view, the latest documents entered or modified, and the most recent conversations, messages and e-mails received.

MULTIPLE WORKSPACES

The work spaces permit users or groups to organise their information and tasks, and share them with others. They can be associated to Clients, Projects, Products, Services, Departments, etc. Various levels and sub-levels can be defined. Quickly identify your work spaces visually through colours assigned to each of them.

notes

NOTES SHARING

The notes are an easy means of registering and sharing comments on any given subject or matter. It is a resource employed for various uses such as: to ensure the traceability of communications with third parties, the evaluation of client satisfaction in terms of quality, the traceability of a physical document, etc. A note can be entered by any user who has the corresponding permissions, and notification via e-mail can be received when notes are entered.

EMAIL TRACKING

E-mail follows the traditional preconception with one or various recipients exchanging messages, with the addition that, if you register in a work space shared with other people, the other members will be able to see the message. The files attached to an e-mail are automatically entered into the “Documents” view.

contacts

CONTACTS MANAGER

The system’s contact module manages the information from all organisations and all people linked to the company. The list of contacts can be viewed by a specific work space, or generally.

calendar

CALENDARS SHARING

Permits the planning of events, milestones, tasks with deadlines, and meetings. It can be viewed in daily, weekly or monthly format. The calendar can be shared between users who have the pertinent permissions. The events calendar can be generally viewed, or it can be viewed specifically for each Work Space.

DOCUMENTS SHARING WITH VERSIONING

Pmanaging enables you to store and to share all types of documents. For all documents a record is kept of the versions, the comments on each of them, together with controlled access to optimize the work of those sharing a document. Text documents and presentations can be created or edited directly within Pmanaging without requiring any additional software on your computer.

TASK SHARING

All tasks, sub-tasks and milestones that form part of a service, project or activity can be defined. The system permits quick access to the tasks by status (pending, delayed and concluded), by priority, or by the person assigned to the task. It is possible to notify via e-mail the person to whom a task has been assigned. Milestones are associated to activities which have a fulfilment date. For each task you can access the entirety of the information linked to same. You can create a model (template) of tasks defined by a collection of specific sub-tasks. This facilitates normalised or procedure-based management of activities.

TIMETRACK

The system facilitates the recording of hours/time for each space, sub-space, task and user. There is a record of hours/time per period of time, user and Work Space.

WEBLINKS

Are hyperlinks to websites external to the system. These can be classified via tags, can be linked to other information and can be assigned to one or various Work Spaces.

search

SEARCH ENGINE AND FILTERS

Information can be quickly accessed using the integrated search engine, or can also be found using filters by type, by tag or by work space.

USERS ADMINISTRATION

Through the user panel, new users can be modified, registered or created. User groups, and group or personal permissions/privileges for each user can be created and modified, ensuring that each user has access only to the information that corresponds to him/her.

interlinking

LINKED-DATA

All the information managed by the system can be inter-linked, ensuring that no element remains forgotten or goes unnoticed. A document may have messages linked to it, or a meeting may have documents linked to it, and so on with any element of the system, creating infinite information management possibilities.
